Cornelia Edition

At Monday Agency we are currently engaged by Azure Developments to work on a range of their projects, including one of their latest developments located in Minnippi Parklands, Brisbane.

We provide a holistic framework from naming, concept, and logo creation, as well as photography direction, marketing, print media and website design. Our team is responsible for creative direction on the simple, yet elegant sales suite fit-outs, along with customer experience initiatives.

Cornelia Edition is Palm Springs inspired. Named after one of the region’s pioneering female founders, Cornelia White and the delicate shade of the Cornelia rose, Cornelia Edition epitomises the timeless style of the golden age.

Its known the pinnacle of mid-century style is best showcased amongst the golf course residences of Palm Springs. Fronting the first golf course to be established in Brisbane for over 70 years, Cornelia Edition offers the privacy of an exclusive enclave, whilst only being minutes from Brisbane CBD. The architecture of Cornelia Edition draws on modern mid-century design to create a place that is distinctive in form, and influential in style. A place where modern living meets individualism.

Through our concept and ideation process we focused on the works of the late photographer Slim Aarons, who captured the true essence of Palm Springs living. Whilst the unorthodox use of pastel pink has allowed us to create a memorable and aspirational brand.
