His deep and booming voice (which I was unsure I could even listen to at first) is something I now look forward to everyday (I am sure it puts extra merit to his meaning). Tony’s plight in short is to help everyone reach their full potential in all facets of life - business, relationships, health and finances - through real and lasting change, drawing upon his own life experiences and tough childhood.
You will enjoy this if… you are generally interested in personal development. Podcasts topics vary and range from in studio recordings to his live events as a motivational speaker and interviewing everyday people in the crowd.
Best Episode… The #1 Decision you will Ever Make
This episode is a bit of a tear jerker but it really puts life into perspective (I may or may not have cried to this while sitting at my desk at work). When I am having a bad day I think of this podcast, as it has allowed me to better understand where my emotions stem from and why I might be reacting in certain ways to different circumstances. As an emotional person (which is something I am continually working on) this episode has deepened my interest in emotional intelligence and control, especially in terms of my closest relationships.

Speakers are those at the top of their fields, talking on topics with the undertone DREAM BIGGER, LIVE BETTER, MAKE AN IMPACT. Lewis’ ‘Five Minute Friday‘ segment is also perfect for when you are looking for something short, sharp and to listen to in one sitting.

@jengotch is Founder and CCO of Ban.do, her podcast is original, hilarious and honest. Delving into her personal experience with mental health (primarily bipolar, anxiety and depression) and now business. Released weekly she openly shares her fears, pains and triumphs. Aiming to help others build self awareness, build emotional intelligence and feel less alone.
You will enjoy this if… this podcast is really relatable for anyone who has ever suffered with mental health. Jen’s down to earth and humorous approach takes the edge off the usually tiptoed around topic. She provides first hand insight into the journey that is mental health and also tips and tricks she has used for managing her condition. Jen regularly (and sometimes reluctantly on their part) features her parents, which adds the extra dimension of an “outside in view” into understanding and helping those around you manage their mental health.
